Landscape Services & Pricing
Flower Bed & Tree Maintenance: $150.00/Month
- All weeding, pruning, edging, and mulching needed for flower beds and trees. (Maintained regularly)
One-Time Landscape Clean Up: $300.00/Day
- All weeding, pruning, edging, and mulching needed for flower beds and trees. (One-time service)
*An initial consultation and site assessment will be necessary before starting any of these services. Initial consultations are FREE!
What to know before service:
- Business phone hours are Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm.
- Maintenance payments will be due on the 1st or 15th of every month.
- One-time service payments will be due upon completion of service.
- Payments can be made by cash, check, or Venmo.
- Payments cannot be mailed.
- Materials will be billed separately.
- Customers cannot add to the scope of work on the day of service.
- All mulch and plant materials will be exclusively sourced from Clegg's Nursery or Beaver's Abundance Native Plant Nursery.
- Any existing utilities within work areas will need to be located and disclosed by the owner before service begins. (I.e. Home utility lines, internet lines, irrigation lines, landscape lighting wires, landscape fabric, etc.).
- I will not apply any chemical products of any kind.
- All debris to be discarded will be bagged or cut to length and placed at curbside for city garbage to pick up.
