Landscape Management
Landscape Management Plan
(Flower Bed & Tree Care)
Seasonal Detail Clean Ups:
- Included in my landscape management plan are 4 seasonal deep clean ups. One for each season of the year (Winter, Spring, Summer, & Fall).
- During these clean ups I will spend a full day on the property going over the finer details of pruning, weeding, edging, and mulching your landscape beds.
Frequent Follow Ups:
- Between each seasonal clean up I will return to the property every 2 – 3 weeks to monitor the beds and ensure they stay in a neat and tidy condition.
Payments:
- A payment of $400.00 will be due after each seasonal clean up.
- 4 total payments per year.
- $1,600.00 total labor cost for the year.
- I currently accept cash, check, or Venmo payments.
Material Expenses:
- Landscape materials such as pine straw, soil, new plants etc. will be billed separately.
Initial Clean Up:
- Before starting on my landscape management plan new customers will need to have an initial clean up that includes all weeding, pruning, edging, debris removal, & mulching needed for the landscape beds.
- Labor rate for initial clean ups is $400.00/Day
- Some clean ups may take several days depending on the size and condition of the landscape.
Additional Info:
- New plants can be installed as a part of my management plan during seasonal clean ups only.
- New plant installations will be limited to 5 new plants at a time with a max size of 3 gallons per plant.
- Trees will also be cared for as a part of my management plan but when it comes to pruning I will be limited to branches that are at most 20’ high and no more than 4” in diameter.
- If trees need care that I cannot provide, I will make recommendations to have another trusted local tree service assess and take care of larger projects.
- Fertilization of the landscape beds will also be performed as a part of my management plan using an organic fertilizer called “Plant Tone”.
- Because of its incredible performance as a mulch and my ability to keep it on hand, I use exclusively pine straw mulch to care for maintenance customer beds.
- Additional one time services outside of this management plan will be billed at a labor rate of $300.00/Day for maintenance customers
One Time Services
Flower Bed Clean Up:
Detail service for flower beds includes:
- Pruning
- Weeding
- Edging
- Mulching
- Blowing off concrete areas
- Debris removal
Tree Pruning & Care:
Removal of branches that are:
- Dead
- Damaged
- Diseased
- Crossing
- Blocking access
- Upright growing suckers or sprouts
*Labor rate for one time service is $400.00/Day
*Materials are billed separately
* Tree pruning will be limited to branches no more than 20' high and 4" in diameter
What to know before service:
- Payments will be due upon completion of service
- Materials will be billed separately.
- Business hours are Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm
- Any existing utilities within work areas will need to be located and disclosed by the owner before service begins. (I.e. Home utility lines, internet lines, irrigation lines, landscape lighting wires, landscape fabric)
- I will not apply any synthetic chemical products of any kind.
- All debris to be discarded will be neatly placed at curbside for city garbage pick up.
