Landscape Services & Pricing
Landscape Services:
Weeding - Removal of common flower bed weeds, encroaching turf grass, and dead plant material.
Pruning - Selective pruning of shrubs and trees to encourage healthy structure, maximize blooms, and control size.
Planting - Installing new plants in existing flower beds.
Mulching - Top dressing flower bed areas around plants with pine straw. (Only available after weeding is done)
Edging - Defining a clear line between turf grass and flower beds.
Landscape Site Survey - Deep dive into site conditions to diagnose any issues and make proper plant suggestions.
Pricing:
$75.00/hr

*An initial consultation and site assessment will be necessary before starting any of these services. Initial consultations are FREE!
What to know before service:
- Business phone hours are Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm.
- Payments will be due upon completion of service.
- Payments can be made by cash, check, or Venmo.
- Payments cannot be mailed.
- Quoted jobs will be based on total project hours which include all time spent on site, shopping for materials, delivering materials, and designing the landscape. Actual time on site may vary.
- Tasks and work areas will need to be clearly defined before service begins.
- Customers cannot add to the scope of work on the day of service.
- I offer horticultural services only.
- Materials will be billed separately.
- All mulch and plant materials that I pick up will be exclusively sourced from Clegg's Nursery or Beaver's Abundance Native Plant Nursery.
- Customers will need to source annual/seasonal plants on their own. I can source most other plant material.
- Any existing utilities within work areas will need to be located and disclosed by the owner before service begins. (I.e. Home utility lines, internet lines, irrigation lines, landscape lighting wires, landscape fabric, etc.).
- I will not apply any chemical products of any kind provided by customers.
- All debris to be discarded will be bagged or cut to length and placed at curbside for city garbage to pick up.
